How to download billing reports

Billing reports are a feature covered by the water meter reports. This allow for calculations of current and future water usage costs. 
To download these reports follow the below steps:

• Login to the Polar Monitoring portal home screen 
• On the left menu tab select reports 
  • From the drop down menu select water meter reports
• From here select downloads below the water meter reports icon 
• Now the criteria will need to be selected to allow the user to download the report 
• Once done click download
